At TYRO (studios) we make it easy for you to invest in your employees. Creative workshops can be a fantastic add-on to a conference, or team building day or simply to reward staff and foster a sense of well-being. We host a range of creative workshops which we can bring to your workplace or we can host your team at our studio space in Shipley, West Yorkshire. The word ‘tyro’ is the Latin word for a beginner and our workshops are designed with the beginner in mind.

If hosting in your space, our team will bring everything:

  • All materials and tools needed for the workshop

  • An experienced tutor and a host to set up, pack down and run the workshop

  • Refreshments, a non-alcoholic drink and vegan chocolate per guest is included (optional extras available)

We offer a variety of workshops including, but not limited to:

  • Hand-building Pottery

  • Macramé

  • Watercolour painting

  • Yoga session

*Corporate workshops require a minimum of 10 participants
