What does my ticket price include?

All our tickets are fully inclusive; this includes all your materials and refreshments - all you need to provide is enthusiasm. 

How old do I have to be to come to your workshops?

Our workshops are aimed at adults (18+) since we do serve alcohol

How long do your classes run for and how big/small are they?

Our classes are small and intimate (6-10 pax) to ensure that everyone gets as much direct assistance from our teachers. Our classes run for 1.5 hours to 3 hours maximum. 

Can I have a private workshop?

Yes, you can book a private event for a birthday party, baby showers, bridal showers (any celebration, really) simply email us hello@tyrostudios.com and we can assist with your booking. Private bookings must have 8+ attendees

I can’t make that date anymore, can I get a refund on my ticket?

Our tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred once, subject to availability and of a comparable priced workshop.

What protection have you got in place re: Covid?

We ask that all guests take a Covid test at least 24 hours prior to attending. If you cannot attend due to a positive Covid test, we will transfer your ticket to any other workshop - comparably priced (within 12 weeks).

We ask that all guests wear a mask (unless exempt) when entering and leaving the building All tutors and hosts will be provided with a clear face shield (that they can choose to wear) throughout the class. 

Hand sanitizer is provided.

Are your studios accessible?

We have tried our best to make our studio space as accessible as possible. If you have accessibility issues, please contact us before booking so we can discuss how we can best accommodate you, as we would love to host everyone.

Where are you located?

We are located at 42 Westgate, Shipley, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD18 3QX, a short walk from the Shipley train station (11 minutes on the train from Leeds) or around the corner from bus stops and taxi rank. As we serve alcohol at our workshops we recommend you take public transport. There is street parking in front of the studio and paid parking around the corner should you choose to drive.

Do I need to bring my ticket printed?

All you need to bring is your email confirmation on your phone (there is no need to print it) - you will also need a form of valid ID (drivers license or passport) in order for us to serve you alcohol.
